If you’re too busy to get your device fixed, or if you’d simply prefer to stay at home, we’ll collect it, repair it and return it to you as soon as possible.

As soon as we’ve identified the issue, we’ll call you to provide our diagnosis and give you a full rundown of cost, before restoring your gadget to its rightful glory.
Once everything’s back to normal, we’ll return your device to you ASAP.
We operate around areas of North Wales as far south as Wrexham and as east as Mold, West Cheshire as far east as Tarporley, and as far north in the Wirral as Heswall.
Repairing and returning your item to you as quickly as possible is our primary goal. The exact timeframe can vary depending on the nature of your device, but we’ll never leave you in the dark regarding its safe return.
We charge an initial collection and diagnosis cost to identify your issue, with any additional repair costs on top of that.
We’ll fix any IT device of yours that needs repairing.
Depending on the extent of the issue, we may be able to salvage your data, even if your device or hard drive is beyond repair.
Despite his many talents, unfortunately our courier is no IT wizard. He’ll take your device to the guy that knows what he’s doing, allowing you to go about your day as normal.
Of course! As long as our driver can easily get there, it’s not essential to have your item collected or dropped off at home.
When our courier returns your device, you can pay by either cash or card.
